How do I register?
Click on "Register" on the main menu bar and enter the details required to register. Once you have completed the required sections click on the "Continue" button to begin shopping.
I want to change my password, what do I do?
Select "My Account" from the main menu bar and enter your sign in details. Then select "change my account password" - this will prompt you to confirm your old password, then enter your new password and then click on the "Continue" button.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Select "My Account" from the main menu bar, and then select "Password Forgotten? Click here". Then enter you email address and click on the "Continue" button. A new password will be forwarded automatically to your email account. The next time you log in if you want to change your password, follow the instructions for "I want to change my password, what do I do?"
How can I pay for an order?
Purchases can be made with the credit card payment facility, by transferring or direct crediting the money into our account, or by posting us a cheque.

Some of my details are incorrect, how do I change them?
Log in, and select "My Account" from the main menu bar, then select "View or change my account information". Review your details and then click on the "Continue" button once you have made the required changes. If the details that were incorrect were you address details please select "View or change entries in my address book", update the address details and click on the "Continue" button.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once we have received payment for your order, you should receive the order within 2 to 5 working days (subject to products not being out of stock).
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you are logged in, go to "My Account" on the main menu bar, and select the order you want to check from the list of pending orders to see its status. If you need more information or something is incorrect please contact us via email or phone.
What is your returns policy?
Products (including samples) returned to Athena Cycling Limited for refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The products must be returned to our physical address within twenty five (25) working days of the purchase date.
- The products must remain in the condition matching that of which they were shipped (including all tags attached to the products, etc).
- Products cannot be returned once they have been customized or altered in any way, including being resized, embroidered, or screen-printed.
- In the unlikely event that you have received a product that you did not order, please return it to us and we will refund you. We will also reimburse you for reasonable postage costs of sending the products back to us.
- In the event that there is a significant manufacturing fault with a product we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund including reasonable postage costs.
